Belated.
Dear CAPpers '08,
It is probably too late for tears now, but more of the time for nostalgia and reminiscence. Don't think I couldn't be bothered to mention anything about you guys - it's just hard to write anything when there's so much to say, and there are only so many words to fit so much emotion into.
Okay. Enough dilly-dallying. Here, I shall try.

OG4 Laryngitis!:
Really, you guys were some of the awesomest people around - Deborah, Jocelyn, Jacquelyn (I am still awful at spelling names sorry :x), Hendra, Izzak, Jereme, Yujia, Xinyuan, Yunge, Kavitha, Isabelle and of course, Akshay Mamidi. Thank you for sharing my foodly woes every morning, afternoon and night, and for being there, no matter what, sharing whispers and warmth when we were stuck in the freezing LTs for plenaries. To Akshay, I'm so sorry I bullied you so much during CAP but seriously, you were the best ever. Thanks for taking care of us throughout and waking us up with your awful, awful jokes. Eh, how to fly? Jump and miss the floor lah. XD
Poetry Slam:
I say POETRY you say SLAM. Man you guys really rocked the house down and I mean it when I say you seriously made my CAP. To tell the brutal truth, I wasn't even looking forward to Poetry Slam because my mind was awfully set on Drama, but I am so glad I got turned away because if not I'd never have met you beautiful people. Everything just got so awesome by the third day, and the encouragement and love from you guys was really so very amazing, and I count you guys as one heck of a blessing from CAP.
To my ex-group the Fight Club: thank you so much for being so understanding when I left you guys. It was a really painful decision on my part but hey, it was good I made it, cause losing me made you guys win. :D I'm so proud of you guys and thank you for being the CHAMPIONS. :D
To PeiWei and my Minions 8D: Thong thong thong thong thong baby. XD I'm so glad we worked together on this, my lovely SCGS mafia. It all worked out well in the end and you guys all pulled it off beautifully. I cannot be thankful enough for an amazing group like you guys and remember, we'll sue them till they can't upgrade their lifts! XD
To Weisheng: Thanks for being the voice of reason as our workshop councillor. It was a bit of a shock on the second last night when you were sitting next to me and suddenly burst into song, but it was welcome nonetheless. XD You were awesome, and thank you for being so steady throughout all our crazy ass sessions.
To Geoff: Hey, it's the best ever Poetry Slam emcee. (: You did fantastic dear, and don't you ever forget that. I was so glad when you came over the PS as you were there with your hugs all the time. I cannot express how much I loved your poem and how many times it's touched me (think clean, okay?) so thank you for being there. Much love, k? (:
To the whole of Poetry Slam, once again: Thank you. So very much. I love you all. (:
To Mike Wee and Eleanor: Alright, you are getting special mention in this entry now mainly because the former has been guilt-tripping me over MSN (you should be ashamed of yourself Michael!). Still, I admit that I did want to give you both shoutouts (but I refrained for fear of appearing BIASED :O) because it was pretty awesome to have you guys at CAP. Yes Cyssel I agree, it was fun chatting with you sporadically over lunch or at other strange times, like when I had to carry your jacket as you struggled (okay fine, you said they were light) with cartons of water bottles and recited strange poetry to me. It's always nice to have a familiar presence at CAP, I suppose, and I guess I was pretty glad that you were there. (: To Ele, I barely got to know you (Mike was hogging you see :D) but catching a glimpse of you was pretty much awesome enough. I'm glad we were introduced at least and perhaps I'll get to talk to you even more soon enough. For now, I repeat the fact that yes, you are pretty, and I need to stop taking photos next to you because it'll just demoralize me. One last parting shot: well, you were one of the couples (heheh) who filled in the romance factor for me this CAP. :D Scandalous! [edit: ZOHMYGOSH MICHAEL THIS PART GAVE ME SO MUCH PROBLEMS OKAY also it is long BE GRATEFUL.]
To the Councillors: this is the hardest because it is so hard to find the proper words (and enough of them) to thank you all. You guys did such a fantastic job this year and you definitely made this an immensely memorable camp for us all. I can't say we adored every minute of it (um, Plenaries? Feedback forms? >:D) but I have to say that I truly, truly loved the times we spent and really, credit goes to you guys. Here's love in return for the love and care you showered on us, and thank you once again for the most beautiful memories ever.
To Nadia: you are a beautiful, fantastic, amazing head councillor and don't you ever forget that. I am so terribly sorry when I say I can't remember your bad jokes (overwritten by the bad ones from Mamidi and Chu :o) but I do remember you as kind and caring and loving and really, one of the best people ever to run the camp. Thank you so much for the good times, and much love to you.
To the people who slipped in and out of my notice throughout CAP: I really do want to mention you guys too, but you do realize that it will break my heart to overlook someone by accident. Just remember that I do love you guys plenty too, and whatever it is thank you for sharing all the dirty jokes and frenzied laughter with me. (: Thank you is so overused here but it's really all I can say. You guys know who you are, I won't name names because there may be someone I may miss out in the whole barrage that will fill this post. CAPpers '08, thank you for being part of my experience. This would never have happened if not for every single one of you and I truly love you all for making it all so awesome for me. Much, much, much love and twiggies and water and bottles and everything else in between.
