So much to say and too little posting space.

Life is pretty awesome because I had one of the best forty-eight hours or so this holiday, after a night-long conversation (which may or may not have spanned seven hours) with Sham whereby we discussed the haze that is our future and panicked over potential stalkers ("OH GOD WHAT IF HE STEALS MY BABY.") and generally laughed our way into the wee hours of the morning.

This led itself to roughly five hours of sleep, after which I scurried my way to United Square for lunch, dessert and long, meandering conversations with Val. We talked and I got stuff off my chest that had been bothering me for the longest time, and I realized how amazing it is that years after we've met life is still that much more awesome with her around. It also helped that she unintentionally gave me one of the best gift ideas I could ever have had - pads and an onion, genius - for the seniors and their farewell.

Farewell was just the right amount of singing and water games - the latter consisting of Salome and I banding together due to our unique circumstances ("We are the girls with issues that come PERIODICALLY.") and the ammunition dance (which was mainly swinging water bags around and shaking a little). Other antics include Joyce and I attacking the eclairs, roadside dancing with Smily, sharing Japanese love (via song after song after song) with Chuch and goofing around with Judith.

By the time I got home, damp from the rain, I thought that even in this cold life tended to make itself just right whenever it could.
