IT'S LIKE FINDING TREASURE AFTER A LONG SEARCH. EVERYTHING WAS SO QUIET IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY AND I DON'T THINK I TOLD ANYONE HOW BADLY I'D BEEN WAITING FOR FEBRUARY SOLELY BECAUSE OF SHOKURA. SHOKURAAAA HOW I LOVE YOU, HOW I LOVE ALL THE JUNIORS DANCING IN THE BACKGROUND, HOW I LOVE ALL THE SHINY, HOW I LOVE ALL THE JUMP.

Oh man. It's been a while since I smiled so hard at my computer like that, and that, if anything, really made my day. Week. Compensated for all the general angst and confusion I'd been trawling through lately. Johnny knows how to give his fangirls their drugs yo.
Sigh. It just feels so good watching them grow up. I know we're all in the same age range, but it's still such a thrill to see how they evolved from '07 till now. Of course there's still some fail, like how Chinen's voice has its good and really ahhh crappp moments, and then there's Yuto who still hasn't totally gotten used to the fact that cute doesn't exactly suit him anymore, and then there's Ryutaro with his shifty eyes, etc etc etc.
But you can't exactly deny that they've all grown in their own ways, some small shifts and changes in how they act, how they talk, how they dance. It feels good, seeing them, knowing that they know what they're doing, to the point that even the fanservice seems sincere. I don't know how to explain why it's just so awesome, but the thrill of it, the watching, even if it's just through a tiny browser window on youtube, is just. Wow. These kids are my age. They're doing it. They're working hard and doing their best.
Man. Kudos to you, Hey Say Jump. I'll be doing my best too then. (:

3) Omg Nadhira I have to show you Takaki solo. REMIND ME OKAY. He's still got a long way to go before he hits Jin or Yamapi level, BUT HE'S ON THE WAY.
4) Chinen's new voice is. New. I'm not used to it. I don't know if that's meant to be good or bad. MOAR SONGS SO THAT I CAN COMPARE PRRZ.
5) I really, really like how they're having so much fun at the ending. It's as though they completely neglected to choreograph it and just decided to improv like crazy, but it was just so amazing to watch. It made me grin, and it made me feel particularly happy. Ahhh.
