ELLE JAYYY.
Very much tempted to move to LJ, but the things stopping me are:
1) lack of an awesometastic username. I am stuck between giraffetalk, yellingpenguins and [artsy username I have yet to think of].
2) I keep moving blogs. My own fussiness annoys me.
3) That's all really. Oh, and the whole relinking shizz? Yeah that always fails.
I realize that I like LJ more because it opens you up to new people, most of whom are nice and lovely. Not like I don't know nice and lovely people in real life, but currently this blog doesn't cater that much to RL people anyway. I can only blame my lack of updates.
Also, LJ comments are awesomer than tags because they last for eternity. Cboxes just destroy your histories sometimes, floogle (flooble?) is annoying cause of the scroll shizz they do, and everything else is usually retarded anyway. OLD FASHIONED COMMENTS FTW.
Plus LJ has nice layouts. I love diaryland and all, since I've used it since I was 11, but damn it is hard to find good layouts. All the good places have shut down, I'm in no right mind to start designing layouts and I refuse to blogspot. Even if blogspot has skins EVERYWHERE, but. Ew. Blogger is so common. Which means 190348092834 ugly ahlian skins half the time, which I refuse to trawl through.
I realize that this whole post is essentially on how LJ is awesome. Which makes me feel somewhat traitorous, because I'm still on the diaryland interface. That's the thing: one fling and you can't ever get out again. Livejournal alliterates with Lure for a reason.
My updates fail a lot recently. Don't blame me man, the curriculum ate my brain.
